To the Kennedys

1. When I'm feeling overly stressed I recite the 23 psalm and talk to myself about the importance of taking baby steps, pacing myself and try not to get overwhelmed.

2. I stay calm by rehearsing different scenarios,  practicing  and studying if required and pray for peace of mind.

3. The best advice I ever received was in a sermon preached by an associate minister at Crusaders Ministries,  "Go where you are loved".

4. Biggest inspiration is my mom and my son.  Watching them be successful in life despite their disabilities.

5. My go to food is chocolate and chocolate cupcakes

6. When do I turn off my phone???  Never.  My older children are in school out of town so my phone is never off.

7. I try to get to bed before midnight.

8. To stay grounded I rely on the word of God, self introspection and constructive criticism from people who love me and have my best interest at heart.

9. My keep calm mantra " You can do this! "
