*Please note that plus-size students are welcome in ALL of our classes. THICK is just exclusively designed for plus-size students.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Wear comfortable workout clothes that let you stretch and make you feel cute and sexy.

• Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water.  All of these things are available to rent or buy at the studio if you forget something.

• Our doors open 10 minutes before the start of class. During class, our doors are locked.  Please leave yourself plenty of time to arrive to the studio before the scheduled start time of your class.

• Please turn your cell phones off or to vibrate upon entering the studio.  

• Please refrain from using oils, strong scents (such as perfume) while in the studio.

• Please leave bags, phones and other personal items in the bins.

WHAT NOT TO EXPECT

• While we will teach you the basics of pole dancing, we are not a studio that teaches advanced/competition-level pole dancing tricks. You will learn to go upside down in our Intermediate classes but you won’t be hanging from the pole with just a pinky toe. We cater to beginner students and teach up to an Intermediate level!

• A sweat-dripping workout. Yes, you’ll burn calories and increase your heart rate, but more than anything, we are more passionate about helping you reshape your connection to your inner Bombshell versus reshaping your body.

• Judgment. Ever.

• A room full of cliquey, competitive “mean girls”. You’ll find women of all shapes, sizes, ages, and backgrounds here who are all focused on reclaiming their sexy and power.
